A sorry start but Mol and I both caught a sickness and diarrhoea bug in Koh Lanta and I managed to keep hold of mine for about five days. Safe to say we were feeling pretty lousy after days of wasting away, so the first day we both felt 100% we went to the nearest gym for a full body session to try and feel normal again.
We’re currently in Phuket in a great little hostel called Fulfill, so after a little research we found Club Asia Fitness Phuket just 5 minutes walk away situated in the rather fancy Royal Phuket City Hotel.
We payed 350THB each for a day pass (which included swim & sauna) and did the following session.
Mol: 4K on the treadmill then joined after the muscle ups
- Bench press superset with DB flys
- Muscle ups (just testing to see if I could still do them)
- Lat pull down superset with seated row
- Shoulder press superset with lateral raise
- Seated bicep curl superset with standing hammer curl
- Skullcrushers superset with tricep dips
- Back squats & front squats
- Deadlift
