Hoi An sessions

We’re now in Hoi An and are feeling the lack of gym activity! I weighed myself in Hue and appear to have lost nearly two stone - the scales may have been wrong & I’ve been ill a number of times, so we needed to hit a gym!
We worked out a couple of times in Luang Probang in the basic but cheap gym next door to our hostel (Aham Backpackers) but we’re now in Hoi An and working out at Superfit, a new gym 10 minutes from our hotel - www.superfit.vn/

We’ve predominantly been doing full body workouts but as we’re here for a few days we’ve split it to an upper body day and an Olympic lifting/compound day.
Superfit - 200,000D for a three day pass.

Upper body workout:
Bench press superset with bicep curls
Decline bench press superset with hammer curls
Shoulder press superset with lat raises
Cable row
Lat pull down
Tricep rope pull downs superset with overhead pulls
Dips to failure
Leg raises
We also had a blast on the skipping ropes to see if we could still double under - Molly’s still got it, I’ve got single / doubles.

Compound workout will include deadlifts, cleans, clean & jerk, back squats, snatch and we might throw a few pull ups in too.
